Matt Ogle brings over 15 years of experience in the children’s activity and care sector.
In 2007, he founded Sports 4 All as a sports coaching company, which evolved into S4A Group Ltd in 2015. Under his leadership, S4A Group has grown into a multi-faceted organisation offering Forest School programmes, Early Years Wraparound Care, and PE Provision services.
Driven by a passion for inclusivity, Matt co-founded the non-profit organisation Entire, which focuses on creating fully inclusive environments where no child is left behind. His commitment to ensuring that every child has access to quality care and activity programs, regardless of their needs, has been at the heart of his work.
At All Incompass, Matt leverages his extensive background in the children’s activity sector to support providers in delivering exceptional care and services. His experience in building successful businesses and fostering inclusive environments makes him a valuable partner to organisations looking to enhance their impact in the community.
I began my journey in the children’s activity industry nine years ago, delivering sports sessions to primary school children. Since then, I’ve worked in over 80 schools, delivering curriculum PE, wraparound care, after-school clubs, and holiday clubs — gaining a deep understanding of what quality delivery looks like in practice.
In 2019, I joined S4A Group Ltd as a Lead Sports Coach and quickly moved into a business role in 2020 alongside teaching PE. Drawing on my first-hand experience running multiple holiday clubs and leading several Ofsted-registered settings, I helped reshape S4A’s marketing strategy to focus on solving parents’ challenges rather than simply promoting services. This real-world perspective transformed how S4A connected with families and strengthened its reputation for trust and quality.
Throughout my career, I have overseen several Ofsted inspections, all of which were passed without a single area for improvement — a reflection of my commitment to maintaining exceptional standards across every setting.
In 2023, I became Operations Manager, leading the organisation through a period of significant growth — from working in 10 schools to over 40 — establishing S4A as a leading and reputable company within the industry. In mid-2024, I transitioned into the role of Business Operations Manager, focusing on driving strategic growth and strengthening our systems across sales, marketing, and customer service.
Alongside my role at S4A, I serve as a Director at All Incompass, bringing my operational expertise and sector insight to the ongoing development of the system I helped design and build. My focus is on supporting other organisations across the children’s activity sector to streamline their operations, enhance quality, and achieve sustainable success through technology created by people who truly understand the industry.
