Can we accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare?

Yes. All Incompass fully supports card payments, Childcare Vouchers, and Tax-Free Childcare. You can reconcile all payments against bookings in one place.

Should we absorb or pass on the transaction fee to parents?

That’s entirely up to you. Many providers choose to pass it on, while others build it into their pricing.
