Every system has a source code. And ours didn’t begin in a spreadsheet or strategy deck, it began in silence, burnout, and the weight of spinning too many plates.
🔄 Cracks in the Armour
I’m Andy, and I had become a high-functioning chaos machine. On paper, I was “doing well”, senior exec positions, a growing business, father to three, husband, and an ex-semi-pro footballer still trying to win in every area of life. But if you looked closer, you’d see the spinning plates weren’t balancing, they were crashing, one by one.
We often speak of “holding it together” as though it’s heroic. But the truth is, I was white-knuckling through life, one deadline at a time. Eventually, I reached a point where the noise in my head was louder than any boardroom or football stadium. I attempted to take my own life.
What I thought was the end turned out to be the beginning.
Jungian psychology teaches that transformation often begins with a descent into the shadow. The place we fear most holds the keys to our evolution.
☕ The Coffee That Changed Everything
In my rawest moment, I shared my story publicly, on LinkedIn. Vulnerability isn’t weakness; it’s a call. And Trevor answered.
Trevor and I hadn’t spoken in over 30 years, not since our college football days. He had gone on to scale corporate summits, leading multi-million-pound SaaS projects. But he too had reached a crossroads, one driven by love: the desire to build generational wealth for his daughter, who lives with additional learning needs.
Over coffee, what began as reconnection turned into a coalescence of purpose. Trevor was already speaking to a man named Matt Ogle about inclusion and child development. Serendipitously, Matt was someone I mentored and deeply respected.
This wasn’t a coincidence. This was a convergence.

🧭 Aligning the Compass
Matt brought relentless heart. A true practitioner in wraparound care, a pioneer, and a father navigating life with a son with autism. His experience wasn’t theoretical, it was embodied.
As we explored what we could build together, we asked a bigger question:
“What if technology could feel human?”
What if we could build systems that don’t just manage people, but actually understand them?
That’s when All Incompass started to take form. Not as a piece of software, but as an ethos. A tool not just for transactions, but transformation.
We were no longer building a platform.
We were building a compass, something to navigate with, for those who feel lost in the admin-heavy fog of childcare and care-giving.
And then came Simon and Jo, each bringing their own magnetic North.
💡 Systems with a Soul
Simon, with his technical brilliance and lived experience in neurodiversity, had already crafted a revolutionary system at S4A, one that prioritised accessibility, not as an afterthought, but as a foundation.
Joe, a master of operations, had helped translate this vision into lived tools for families, coaches, schools, and children. His work didn’t just make processes faster, it made people feel seen.
Together, with over 80 years of combined experience across childcare, tech, leadership, inclusion, and wellbeing, we didn’t just build a business. We built a platform with purpose.
In systems theory, the most powerful lever for change is mindset.
All Incompass exists because we shifted from asking “What can we build?” to “Who are we here to serve?”

All Incompass is now nearly 12 months old. We’ve supported thousands of families. Over £700,000 in bookings have flowed through the system. But most importantly:
